One Photon, Two-Way Transmission
Scientists have been able to use one photon to send information in two directions due to the superpositon capabilities of quantum particles wherein they can be in two places at once. (Read on)

Cryo-Electron Tomography Illuminates A New Structure Inside Human Sperm
Scientists have discovered a new helical nanostructure inside human sperm which they've named TAILS. The acronym stands for "tail axoneme intralumenal spiral". It's unclear exactly what this structure does, but some hypothesize "
that this
spiral may act as a cork
inside the microtubules, preventing them from growing and shrinking as they would normally do, and instead allowing the sperm's energy to be fully focused on swimming quickly towards the egg." (Read on)

Photonic Molecules
Researchers have been able to manipulate photons so that they gain mass and actually travel 100,000 times slower than they normally would at the speed of light. Running experiments at near absolute zero and using weak laser beams, they were able to cause photons to cling together creating two and three photon particles. Fascinating! (Read on)

Snakes Sowing Plants by Pooping Mice
Termed the "circle of life", it seems that snakes, after eating mice who in turn have eaten seeds, expel these rodents in their waste which then will fertilize the ground and grow new plants. It's intriguing if not strange. (Read on)

Praying Mantises Wearing 3D Glasses=New Type of Vision
Using bee's wax, scientists attached tiny green and blue lenses on the faces of praying mantises and then using dots on a screen studied their movements and reactions. What they found was interesting, even suggesting that robots might be able to "see". (Read on)
Man's Rectum Falls Out of His Body
