Smarter Smartphones and Nanosheets

Currently, about 1,000 transistors can fit end-to-end and they won't be wider than the width of a human hair. That's about 10 nanometers (nm). Now researchers are constructing transistors using nanosheet technology that will be 5 nm in dimension.
